    1. Good news. Think he plays at all this year?

    2. I do think he plays maybe in a couple of months.

    3. If it has missed his vital organs and not done any notable damage to anything structural, I don't think he'll need to miss much time.

    4. According to a surgeon he could miss 2-3 weeks which is nothing short of a miracle given how I'm sure we all felt when the news first came down.

  2. UC,
That is great news. This could have been a sad tragedy.

  3. If he has to miss a couple of months, maybe he should go ahead and have his shoulder operated on.

  4. With the release of Gutierrez the Niners have 2 OT's on their roster. Good news is they have the versatility of OL such as Puni to play OT in a pinch.

    1. I think it might be an indication that TW is about to be signed.

  5. Razor, what do you think of the idea that our LT of the future is Puni? His processing and movement skills are high. I think he'd fit right in. Wish we had four more of him.

    1. He's got a long way to go for that George because of how proficient you need to be in your kick slide. I think he could get there eventully.

I think Williams is signed in 48 hours and on the field monday night.

#49ers placed WR Ricky Pearsall on the reserve/non football injury list.

They signed OT Brandon Parker to the active roster.

  7. Assuming Trent Williams puts pen to paper in 48hrs, Mr. Parker's tenure on the active roster should last the same.

  8. I'm guessing a week 7 debut for Lucky Ricky might hit differently.

    1. Just back from vacation and horrified to read the reports. Glad he is stable now.

This nickname might just stick! I like it better than Slick Rick.
