ReplyDeletePearsall called 14 a "camp number" and that he will rock it!
DeletePurdy wore 14 in his first camp. I jokingly wrote I wonder if he is the next YA Tittle........
ReplyDeleteESPN names Malik Mustapha the steal of the 4th round
ReplyDeleteI've seen people comparing him to Bob Sanders. If he's that good, he's the steal of the draft, let alone the 4th round :-)
DeleteThanks OC. Curious, did they comment on Cowing?
DeleteYou guys see Mustapha as the FS?
ReplyDeleteRazor,
DeleteI think he could play either safety and NB
Yeah, with OC here, I think he's got some versatility.
DeleteWould anyone care to comment about Cameron Latu? I looked again at his Alabama highlights and think his TC last year had to be a fluke. Zierlein rated him a 6.1 (good backup with starter potential) and projected him a 5th rounder. He also commented, "There are some issues with focus drops at times," which is what we saw a few times. Sure hope he rebounds this TC.
ReplyDeleteSteve Emtman once said, "Football is 80% mental and 40% physical and I think thats what Latu's problems were last year. I wouldn't write him off completely just yet.
