  2. 35 1/8” on the arm for UCF EDGE Nyjalik Kelly at 6’5”, 256 lbs. It’s the 4th longest arm length measured among all edges under 260 lbs in the last 15 years.

    Weight: 315
    Arm Length: 34 3/4”
    Hand Size: 11”
    Wingspan: 86

  4. Lee Hunter's broad and vertical were awful. Really odd to me as he looks way more explosive than that on film.

    1. When in doubt go with the film

    2. Absolutely.

He's shown he's a dominant run stuffer and can push the pocket. But makes me question the upside I thought he had as a pass rusher.

    3. There was a player (Edge) that many draftniks thought had all the measureables. He was even athletic enough to do flips. Drake Jackson still only has the 3 sacks he had against the Steelers many moons ago. Measureables are overrated.

  5. I like going to overall production. There's good NFL players today and over the years that didn't meet the measureables.

  6. Did someone mention the Broad Jump?
    Malachi Lawrence:
    10'10" broad jump
    40" vertical

  11. Combine Whispers:
    1. Emmanuel McNeil-Warren is the next Emmanwori, Hamilton, Derwin.
    2. The Top 3 on the Consensus Big Board is Jeremiyah Love (RB), Caleb Downs (S) and — NEW! — Sonny Styles (LB). Can’t remember the last time it was THREE non-premium positions.
    3. I came into the week thinking the DT position was high quality. I’m starting to question that. Analysts are whispering about how each DT in this class has major flaws, while also acknowledging that DTs are rising in positional value, especially in the face of the Mike MacDonald Super Bowl victory with Leonard Williams, Byron Murphy, and Jarran Reed. While it very well could occur that players like that could be found, analysts are split on who it is.

  12. Clemson DT Demonte Capehart is a player I came into the combine thinking he'd be one of the best day 3 value picks and his numbers seem to confirm that:

    Arm: 33 7/8 (73rd percentile)
    Hand: 10.25 (73rd percentile)

    10-yard: 1.72 (72nd percentile)
    Broad: 8’11” (60th percentile)

  19. Interesting. Although, many players may not want to rock the boat by giving their true opinions due to job security.

  20. Cashius Howell reached 14.52 mph while rounding the corner in the pass rush drill, the only defensive lineman to exceed 14 mph during the 2026 Combine. Howell posted the fastest pass rush speed by any DL prospect since Will Anderson Jr. (14.90 mph) in 2023. Malachai Lawerence placed 3rd with 13.91 mph.

  22. Underrated LB workout so far?

    Kaleb Elarms-Orr (TCU)

    • 40: 4.47
    • VJ: 40"
    • BJ: 10'4"

Looks very good during on-field drills too.

  23. Texas Tech DT Lee Hunter posted a 21.5-inch vert which is the 4th lowest for a DT at the NFL Combine since 2013. I'm out on Hunter 27 as I don't believe he possesses the explosion necessary to improve much from where he is as a pass rusher.

  24. Which other iDL would you consider at 27? I like Banks and Woods.

    1. Banks' feet scare me. Need more information. Woods would be tough to pass on.
