Come on....are Ambry Thomas and Deommodore Lenoir really that much worse than Kirkpatrick when he let Pittman walk all over him?
ReplyDeleteGive them a chance coaches!
Anyway...Go Niners! Bring home that W!
Gotta have it. Let's go get it!
ReplyDeleteNo mental mistakes, no turnovers
ReplyDeleteGeezzzzz
ReplyDeleteAnother ugly first QTR for the 49ers, and for football fans who appreciate a well coached offense, the Niners' current offense is almost unwatchable at this point!
ReplyDeleteThis team is bad.
ReplyDeleteAfter watching this WR corps this year, I'm really beginning to think that the departure of E. Sanders was a huge loss. It's hard to believe that KS was a WR after watching this group.
DeleteDunno, man -- so many mistakes by so many receivers. Let's just blame one person, Jimmy, and be done with it.
DeleteI know you're frustrated, Mood, as we all are, but to be clear, I have blamed KS for this season much more so than Jimmy. Jimmy is actually playing fairly well today.
DeleteThis team is not ready to play today.
DeleteThe 49ere are a bad football team with Garoppolo at the helm. Would they be better with Lance?
DeleteAll I know is that Jimmy Garoppolo can't consistently his his WR's IN STRIDE! And that's at least part of the problem.
I am still amazed at the number of times the 49ers offense seems genuinely confused about how to line up. It's almost shocking how poorly coached this offense is right now. That might not all fall on Kyle, but ultimately it does .... actually! SMH!
ReplyDeleteAnd still no sign of the rookie phenom?
ReplyDeleteDemeco had great game plans against running QBs Wilson and Murray; why not today?
ReplyDeleteGotta first stop the run. Whiffing tackles, missing gaps, ugh..
DeleteKyle is bumbling his way thru this game. I think you have to take your TO's there before the 2-minute warning. Get the ball back with as much time as possible. That's what I would have done.
ReplyDeleteWhy isn't Kyle using his TO's? WTF?
ReplyDeleteEpic clock mismanagement from Kyle .... Again!
ReplyDeleteThe 49ere should have 2:00 left for their offense. Unbelievable!
ReplyDeleteWatch them run out of time before the half, lol. That's how bad this clock management is.
ReplyDeleteJimmy just might be the least accurate passer in the league. That was pitch and catch. Also, Kyle wasted 50 seconds worth of clock management, which might account for losing 4 points at the end of the half.
ReplyDeleteBring on LANCE! I can't take anymore of this inconsistent QB from Garoppolo. He's just NOT accurate enough. That's a FACT!
WTG Mitchel
ReplyDeleteGeezzz
ReplyDeleteWTG JG
ReplyDeleteThere's the fire!
ReplyDeleteCome on defense its your game for the win...
ReplyDeleteWow just wow Mitchel
ReplyDeleteFinally a full half's worth of good offensive football from the 49ers offense! It's about time!
ReplyDeleteThis was a much needed win, but this was a game they should win. But hey, something to build on.
Like a Slye fox!!
ReplyDeleteDamn next two games are on the road. Well they lose like they are on the road.
ReplyDeleteGreat game. I'm glad Shanny stuck with Mitchell. Nice catch by Hasty. Lets get healthy for next week.
ReplyDeleteMissed the first half as I slept through my alarm, and sounds like it was a good half to miss. But that second half offensive performance was good. Got the running game going. Avoided 3rd downs.
ReplyDeleteWill have to watch the first half after work.
Nice Win!
ReplyDeleteLoved Jimmy G's play this game! Ballsy, especially his first rushing TD.
Elijah Mitchell is a stud. The kid runs with a lot of heart. Home run 6th rd pick considering Sermon has not panned out yet.
Deebo's a monster once he catches the ball cleanly...but problem is catching the ball. But great game overall today.
Nice to see Ebukam get that sack after committing the roughing the passer penalty.
The secondary held up even after losing Ward and Tartt.
Good game called by Shanahan, wonderful to see Aiyuk finally involved! How open was he on that 2pt conversion!? :)
I knew Mitchell was the real deal in Detroit.
DeleteGetting Ebukam involved opposite Bosa is critical to the success of our defense. He can't do it all by himself.
Yes more so because Ford is always injured and Key/Willis not really having the seasons that I hoped they would.
DeleteAnything we get from Ford is just bonus points. Same goes for Hurd.
DeleteIt was nice to get a win.
ReplyDeleteThe Defense didn't look good at all to me but Aiyuk played well, Mitchell showed power and speed (Just hope his vision improves) and Jimmy looked good and was really only stopped by wr drops early on.
Ha, ha, his vision looked fine to me, Shoup. He's a hellava back let alone 6th rounder.
DeleteI think Shoup's concerns are probably from the Eagles game. I know I was concerned after that one. He missed a lot of holes in that game.
DeleteEven in the last game it looked like he missed a few.
Will be interested to look back over this one to see if he was consistently finding the right hole.
He looked pre-injury to me today!
DeleteI'll take a victory however it comes. But it was disconcerting to see our defense getting spanked the way they did in the first half.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's just me, but it feels like our defense allows opposing players to have career days, as was the case with Justin Fields today.
Fields proved a very tough truth today; the 49ers still don't have a clue how to nullify a running QB. That is a dangerous proposition given the fact that we have K. Murray next week and possibly R. Wilson in December. While I like todays win, unless the 49ers can find a way to mitigate dual threat QB's going forward our season will be more hit than miss.
We should defeat the Cardinals. Watt is gone. Murray got rolled up on and was limping after the game. We gave them a good game with a weak offensive scheme. Let's see what we can do with Jimmy and possibly a healthy Kittle.
Delete"unless the 49ers can find a way to mitigate dual threat QB's going forward our season will be more hit than miss."
ReplyDeleteMeant more MISS than hit.
Ebukam sack may just be the turning point for the season. The Bears were able to move the ball all day and Fields had a field day being elusive, getting him sacked was big.
