  1. Just a fyi, I had to drive down to San Diego after attending the game at Levi's and while traveling through LA their radioheads on the Rams broadcast station were SHREDDING McVay for not running the ball more...... was entertaining to listen to!

    1. The next 2 weeks could get worse for McVay and the Rams.
The Rams play at the Eagles. Game time's 10 AM Sun. Oct 4th.
The following week, Mon. Oct 12th, Rams play the Bills at LA
The Rams lose one game they're 2W - 3L. Lose both games
      they're 1W - 4L.

  2. After Sundays game McVay showed up early for his presser. When the media didn't arrive immediately he left the press room without answering questions. Sounds like he might just be falling apart. Shanahan would never pull crap like that

    1. He'll end up retiring when Stafford is done and then work for Amazon NFL prime time. I anticipate Shanahan winning 2 SB's when it's all said and done and never coaching another team. He'll retire a 49er just like Walsh.

    2. Walsh did take one more HC position after the 49ers. He was the HC at Stanford.

    3. Kyle Shanahan on the offensive line:

“The hate on our O-line always surprises me.”

    4. If the O line can open holes and protect BP the next 2 weeks I can't see much "hate" coming their way anymore. If not......

  3. Haha. At least Mike Ditka would have shown up to death stare and curse the reporters.

  4. The Broncos are 32nd in EPA against the run. They missed 24 tackles vs Kansas City and allowed 5 yards/pop vs LA.

I'd expect the 9ers to run the ball 30+ times against Denver, dominate the time of possession and tire out Denver's pass rushers. And use the run, to set up BP's play action passing game.

    2. I think that might be the second half strategy, Geep. Get out to an early lead on a slow starting Denver team. Can they make it 4 times in a row winning the coin toss?

  7. Razor, I saw Givens and Valdez on the field on Sunday. Were they immediately put back on the PS after the game or still part of the roster for the Denver game?

    1. Automatically revert and I think it works 3 times per player if memory serves me.

  9. Vance Joseph had no answers for rookie Brock Purdy in 2022. Taking on MVP candidate Brock Purdy with full presnap command is a whole different beast. Sunday at Levi’s is gonna be a movie. 🎬🍿

  10. The 2 best NFL qb's at post-snap operation are Brock Purdy and Joe Burrow.
