I have noticed over the last 3 or 4 seasons that Williams tends to start very slowly. His PFF grades are quite a bit lower early in the year. Likely because he is held out of all preseason games and a number of practices. I bet if you took his grades over the last 13 games or so his rating would be quite a bit higher than 89.1
