The 49ers are making their stance clear on Trent Williams: San Francisco is willing to guarantee roughly $36M over the next two years — including about $24M in 2026, per Jason LaCanfora. Sounds like a marriage commitment to me for Brock Purdy’s blindside. Likely guarantees OL is off the table at 27.

ReplyDeleteWednesday: the final day for teams to host prospects on pre-draft 30 visits
Also Wednesday: Georgia LB CJ Allen will run a 40-yard dash
Friday: Arizona State WR Jordyn Tyson will do a positional drills workout
The most explosive target is KC. The most easiest target (to hit) is Boston because of his size. Cooper offers a little bit of both, but he may be gone before 27.
ReplyDeleteIt's a tough call for me, but I lean a little more on KC.
