CMC recently posted a shoutout to Upton Stout, highlighting him as a player who has stepped up and demonstrated great leadership this season. The camaraderie is strong, with Stout himself mentioning how much fun it is to "jell with everybody" and make plays with his teammates. This kind of internal praise from veteran leaders like CMC really speaks volumes about the positive team culture. I understand the feeling some may have after the losses of Bosa and Warner, however you cannot underestimate the power of one of the tightest locker rooms in the league. Stay strong faithful, this team is destined for great things!

Chris Russo says the 49ers are one of the scariest teams in the NFL:
ReplyDelete“Kyle Shanahan is the second best coach in football. Sean McVay is one and he’s two. I don’t think there’s any question about it. He is that good. Shanahan wins with Mac Jones... San Francisco does not get enough respect. Be careful.”
Here are the teams in the NFL most impacted by injuries this season (thru Week 13):
ReplyDelete1. 49ers, 206 games missed
2. Cardinals, 177 games missed
3. Bengals, 115 games missed
4. Commanders, 143 games missed
Team #1 is 9-4, while Teams #2-4 are 9-27.
Without playing a game the Niners will move to the sixth slot. I am hoping for a Bear-Packer split, a Seattle or Lions win over the Rams, the Niners win out. Not sure who has the tie breaker if Niners and Eagles tied for number one.
ReplyDeleteThe Path To The #1 Seed:
Delete49ers beat Titans
Packers beat Bears, lose to Broncos
Seattle beats Falcons, loses to Colts
Rams beat Cardinals, lose to Lions
Eagles beat Chargers, Raiders
Bears lose to Packers, beat Browns
The Packers are ahead of us where do they lose a game? Not sure what the Eagles beating the Chargers and Raiders mean. I must be missing something. Now that's not unusual.
DeletePackers lose to Broncos. Eagles all about final record.
Deleteok got ya
DeleteShanahan and his 49ers have 2 QBs in the TOP 10 in Adjusted EPA/play + PFF Blend through Week 13 🤯🤯
ReplyDeleteWhen Shanahan gets in the playoffs he's always made it to the NFC Championship game. Think about that for a minute. I'm not aware of any other HC with that statistic. Incredible!
ReplyDeletePenalties: Who Benefits?
ReplyDeleteRams: +285 penalty yard advantage 1st
Bears: ‑287 penalty yard disadvantage 32nd
49ers 9th at +69
The top NFL defenses in Week 13, according to PFSN's Defense Impact Metric ⤵
ReplyDelete95.2 | Seattle Seahawks
89.5 | Jacksonville Jaguars
84.7 | San Francisco 49ers
83.5 | Cincinnati Bengals
82.1 | New Orleans Saints
81.8 | Buffalo Bills
79.4 | Minnesota Vikings
79.3 | New England
Total Points Saved, CB/S, 2025, per SIS:
ReplyDelete1. Nahshon Wright, Bears, 45
2. Deommodore Lenoir, 49ers, 43 (!!)
Ravens and Bears lead the league in explosive rushing plays, while Seahawks and Bills boast the most explosive passing attacks.
ReplyDeleteRandom stat of the day: The non WR or TE with the most receptions on throws of 20+ air yards since 2017:
ReplyDelete49ers FB Kyle Juszczyk
He has 12 such catches for 406 yards and 3 TDs. If you expand to include TEs, he ranks T-19th in that span.
49ers defense ranks #13 in points per drive allowed at 2.06.
ReplyDeleteThey trail the Packers, Chiefs and Vikings who are slightly ahead of them. Bendy but unbreakable Saleh defense.
Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson with 5 forced fumbles this year. Wow!
