It's not often you find a head coach who is both a leader of men and a strategist, but that's exactly what Kyle Shanahan is. From the top on down the culture is set and the players love the tone. Has he won a Super Bowl yet? Nope, but he gives you shot after shot. The team could have tanked last season on the Aiyuk distraction along with the rash of injuries, yet they didn't. This is the reason why the upcoming season holds opportunities for the San Francisco 49ers to cash in on all the adversity they've been able to overcome.
