2026 Offensive Tackle Class

 2026 OT Prospects PFF scores and scouting reports:

Spencer Fano (Utah) 3Jr (1) 6’5 / 305 92.7 OT - Quick out of his stance with plenty of power and control behind his pads. Not the biggest frame and maybe come concerns over length but he moves so well and operates with so much control I don’t have any concerns about him remaining at tackle. Anchor is definitely not the best I’ve seen but he regathers extremely well to maintain his protection and give the quarterback a chance. Should be one of the top tackles in this class. Has spent a year starting at each tackle spot.

Kadyn Proctor (Alabama) 3So (2) 6’7 / 369 71.3 OT Impressive mover with high quality dependability on the blindside. Some people may have concerns about him due to the weird Iowa commitment stuff but on field there isn’t much to doubt. Massive frame with quick feet and ability to pull as needed. Powerful hands and a great anchor that makes him very efficient at latching onto defenders and sustaining his blocks. May not be someone you can rely on as the lead blocker out wide at his current size because the long speed tails off a bit but overall he’s a very exciting blocker with tremendous upside.

Francis Mauigoa (Miami FL) 3Jr (1) 6’6 / 315 71.0 OT - One of the top recruits entering college he stepped in and started at right tackle for Miami and has been very strong since. Nice powerful frame with a high quality anchor to handle defenders and keep the pocket clean. Think he has some solid athleticism but he did struggle to match speed around the corner at times. Still seems like a plug and play Day 1 starter in the NFL who should be a high draft pick.

Trevor Goosby (Texas) 3So (2) 6’7 / 315 62.7 OT - Hasn’t played a ton but looks the part from his spot starts and rotation work. Nice long tackle prospect who stepped in for Kelvin Banks and held up well. Tested against TAMU but showed the athleticism and playstrength to match on the outside. Think he does a nice job in terms of extension strength and leverage despite being a taller player. Has some issues getting too far out over his feet but for an inexperienced player that’s pretty light for the most noticeable issue. Should be an exciting prospect this year or whenever he declares.

Austin Barber (Florida) 5Sr (0) 6’6 / 314 68.0 OT - Nice combination of size, speed, and play recognition to stand out as a dependable tackle. Pass sets look clean with his head on a swivel to identify defenders to pick up or help other teammates in the trenches. Nice explosion and twitch to be able to cover short space and land quality blows onto defenders and neutralize them on the play. Already 27 starts with time spent at both tackle positions. Should be a key piece of the Florida offensive line and potential team success next season.

Blake Miller (Clemson) 4Sr (0) 6’6 / 315 75.1 OT - Will be a four-year starter with good foot quickness and smooth movement. Anchor is a little disappointing which results in him giving up some ground in pass pro but his hands can show some solid strike ability which helps him when moving forward as a blocker. Think the power is there just the stability and balance are developing. Nice size and progression from year to year has been encouraging though, fun player.

Tristan Leigh (Clemson) 5Sr (0) 6’6 / 315 62.2 OT - Sturdy base with a high quality anchor to stone wall in pass protection. Shows quality force as a run blocker in gap looks to work his defender back away from the line of scrimmage. Nice athlete that just needs to get better with his timing and accuracy when shooting hands, that type of technique is easy to bet on though so i trust offensive line coaches wouldn’t be too worried about it. Exciting player with nice experience and proven dependability. Should be one of the top tackle duos with Miller this year.

Riley Mahlman (Wisconsin) 5Sr (0) 6’8 / 308 74.5 OT - Nice blend of size and power as he has a well-balanced frame and a great anchor. Drops well in pass pro with strong punches on the defender to limit pass rush juice. Can burst in run blocking to work his assignment away from the carry path. Sturdy and dependable with a full skillset should be plenty enough for him to stick as a top tackle.

Carter Smith (Indiana) 4Jr (1) 6’5 / 308 80.1 T/G - Quick footed and scrappy left tackle for the Hoosiers who seems like a very good guard convert for the NFL. Not sure if the mock draft cycles will project him as a tackle to start or what but I know he was heavily pursued last offseason by teams trying to make him transfer. He stayed and remained a dependable tackle who should be in for another strong season. Nice athlete who should test well entering third season as a starting left tackle.

Aamil Wagner (Notre Dame) 4Jr (1) 6’6 / 290 79.5 OT - Long limbed tall lineman with nice footspeed that covers ground well to cut off speed around the corner. The obvious concern is that at 290 he still needs to add weight and it’s probably around 20+ pounds needed. He seems pretty technically solid but I think the overall force and pop still needs to develop. Could be a guy this year but I’d want to see more mass added and a big improvement in terms of push and anchor. Still will be an exciting prospect when his time comes.

Drew Shelton (Penn State) 3Jr (1) 6’5 / 307 57.3 T/G - Nice squatty frame that seems to work well for his balance. Could add some weight but he’s plenty fluid with some nice lateral quickness in short space. Like his feet a lot as he seems to do a nice job squaring up on his assignment to land his block and take control of the engagement. Curious on overall measurements but he seems to handle business well, does a nice job generating drive as a run blocker to work his defender away from the play.

Earnest Greene (Georgia) 3Jr (1) 6’4 / 320 59.5 T/G - Nice swipe with quick punches to push defenders off balance when they try to win inside. Unfortunately he struggles a lot more when dealing with assignments squared up as he allows his matchup inside of his frame and struggles to maintain balance. Still a lot of work to do and development needed and probably one that ends up with him kicking inside at the next level. Probably not worth the current hype he has.
