Bill Parcells' 7 requirements for drafting QBs out of college include... 1. Are they coming out as a senior? 2. Did they graduate college? 3. Were they a 3-year starter in college? 4. Did they have 30+ college starts? 5. Did they win 23+ games in college? 6. Did they have a career 60+% COMP% in college? 7. Did they have a career 2:1 TD/INT ratio in college?
